So you're interested in learning to fly, great choice, this is a fun and exciting hobby!  RC Flight is a multi-facited hobby, there are numerous types of aircraft and there is an opportunity to get involved in as much complexity as you desire all the way from designing and building your own aircraft to simply assembling an almost ready-to-fly aircraft.   Capital City Flyers has an active Wings training program and a number of qualified instructors to help people get airborn.

In order to learn to fly at CCF you need:
1. A valid MAAC membership (the MAAC website is here:
www.maac.ca )
2. A club membership with CCF
3. A trainer aircraft.  There are a number of good ARF (almost ready to fly) trainers available for a reasonable price.

It is highly recommended that you drop by the field (Saturdays and Sundays after noon are best) to speak with the club members and get some advice before getting started.
